This report builds upon deliverables D3.1 the expandable repository of short food supply chain good practices, as well as upon D3.3 the analysis of these case studies in terms of trends, patterns, problems and bottlenecks. It draws upon site visits made in the context of SKIN project meetings in Foggia, Galway, Paris, Vienna and Mechelen.
