Detail beschrijving
This project uses drone images and within-field soil variation to generate herbicide dose maps and Variable Rate Application files. By analysing weed pressure and crop biomass with convolutional neural networks and integrating soil and weather data, the system enables precise herbicide application. Trials on demo farms showed that herbicide use can be reduced by about 20% without yield losses.
